Haley McKey comes to the Thriving Earth Exchange from communications consulting firm Spitfire Strategies, where she worked on advancing environmental and energy policy with nonprofits and foundations with a focus on carbon dioxide removal. Before that, she worked for Defenders of Wildlife as a communications specialist, specializing in protecting endangered wildlife, fragile ecosystems and biodiversity in the face of climate change.
