Thriving Earth Exchange has partnered with the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) to provide pro bono legal support for Thriving Earth Exchange projects. (More about SEER below.)
Through SEER, a limited number of projects will be connected to pro bono attorneys. They will join your project team in an advisory role where significant legal issues are likely to arise during the project. Legal issues may include projects needing legal research and/or advice related to potential litigation when litigation is likely to be an aspect the project.
To request a pro bono attorney, please consult with your project manager or Community Science Fellow. Requests will be reviewed monthly.
