Wheatley Elementary School 4th Graders Create a Book

Fourth grade students at Phyllis Community School have published a book on the effects of the I-10 corridor on the Treme Neighborhood in New Orleans. Together with partners at Public Lab, Thriving Earth Exchange and Claiborne Ave. Alliance, the students learned all about the environmental impacts of the corridor on their neighborhood (both historic and current) and captured their impressions in a picture book. Check it out here: Wheatley Book -TEX
